Dr. W.B. Mercer, after a long illness, died at his residence on Sturges Avenue, March 22nd.  Rev. Frank Russell conducted the funeral services and the remains were followed to the grave by Mansfield Lodge, No. 19, I.O.O.F., of which he has long been a member.
